The Wait
the deepest of oceans
the strongest of winds
the most beautiful flowers
the aromatic breeze
the softest touch
the most teasing looks
the hardest kiss
pales in comparison
before that smiling face
that lies in wait
the wait is too long
the wait is unbearable
but in the name of god
it will be worth
its weight in gold
